The Shoppes at Trueman, Hilliard Ohio, is located at the NE corner of Truman Blvd and Trueman Ct. – across from Home Depot and Target in close proximity to the Cemetery Rd. freeway interchange on I-270. Trueman Blvd. is a recently-improved 4-lane boulevard, from which the site is accessible at two fully-signalized intersections as well as from a Right-in /
out curb-cut.

Description

The Shoppes at Trueman is an upscale neighborhood retail center with distinctive, high-quality architecture and extensive pedestrian gathering spaces. The total site is comprised of 10+-acres. Two outlots are planned, currently with strong interest from retail bank and daycare operators; leaving 7.3-acres for multi-tenant development. Multi-tenant retail and restaurant of approximately 45,000-sf is planned for 5 buildings to be developed on a phased basis as supported by preleasing.

Parking

The multi-tenant retail component will be parked with approximately 227 spaces, or 5.04 spaces per 1,000-sf.

Site Attributes

Trueman Blvd. is a recently-improved 4-lane boulevard, from which the site is accessible at two fully-signalized intersections. Access from Trueman Blvd. is also available via a Right-in / out curb-cut near the mid-point between the two signalized intersections situated at the north and south boundaries of the project. The two outlots available have ample frontage exposure on Trueman Blvd., and are situated at the north and south signalized intersections, respectively. Reciprocal easement access with the retail center will be offered.
