Description

Two outlots are planned, currently with strong interest from retail bank and daycare operators; leaving 7.3-acres for multi-tenant development. Site Attributes

Trueman Blvd. is a recently-improved 4-lane boulevard, from which the site is accessible at two fully-signalized intersections. Access from Trueman Blvd. is also available via a Right-in / out curb-cut near the mid-point between the two signalized intersections situated at the north and south boundaries of the project. The two outlots available have ample frontage exposure on Trueman Blvd., and are situated at the north and south signalized intersections, respectively. Reciprocal easement access with the retail center will be offered.
